FAQ
Common questions
Everything you need to know about custom apparel printing with Fast Apparel.
What's your turnaround time?+
Most orders ship in 3–5 business days from artwork approval. Rush production is available for tighter deadlines — just ask.
Do you have a minimum order?+
Low minimum on DTF prints — order one shirt or one thousand at the same per-piece price.
What apparel brands do you carry?+
Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Comfort Colors, Champion, Carhartt, Port & Company, and many more. We can source almost any blank you need.
Where are you located and what areas do you serve?+
We are a home-based print shop located in Lawrenceville, GA. We primarily ship all orders nationwide, and we also offer a local delivery option for clients within 10 miles of Lawrenceville. We proudly serve Gwinnett County and the entire metro Atlanta area.
Do you offer free mockups?+
Yes. Every order includes a free digital mockup so you can see exactly how your design will look before we print anything.
What file formats do you need for artwork?+
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) but also accept high-resolution PNG and JPG. If your artwork needs work, our designers can clean it up or recreate it.
Can you add names and numbers to team uniforms?+
Absolutely — and we don't charge a rush fee for it. Names and numbers are standard on our team uniform packages.
Do you offer Net-30 payment terms?+
Yes, for qualified schools, government entities, churches, and established businesses. Ask about it during your quote.
Do you ship orders? Is shipping free?+
Yes — we ship nationwide! Orders over $149 ship for free. We also offer local delivery up to 10 miles from Lawrenceville, GA. Smaller orders under $149 are charged actual shipping costs.
Can you ship directly to my customers, employees, or event venue?+
Yes. We offer kitting, individual fulfillment, and direct shipping for distributed teams and events.
Why DTF instead of screen printing or embroidery?+
DTF (direct-to-film) gives full-color, photo-quality prints on any fabric or color with low minimums and no setup fees — making it faster, more flexible, and more affordable than screen printing or embroidery for most orders.
Where can you place logos on a t-shirt, and what are the standard sizes?+
We offer several standard print locations including Left Chest (2.5"-5"), Full Front (10"-12"), Oversize Front (12"-15"), Back Collar (1"-3"), Upper Back (10"-14"), Full Back (10"-14"), and Sleeves (1"-4"). You can view our full Logo Placements Guide under the design resources on our product pages for visual examples and exact dimensions.
